General Rules
Arraytokens.eu is a platform that acts as a middleman and allows users to find other players from their favorite video game to compete against each other in direct matches. Users can post a match in whatever skill based eSports game they want with the rules they please (default or agreed upon rules). Our staff team will only intervene in case of a dispute and will decide according to the rules chosen by the players or the default rules posted in this page.
Player Names & Platforms
If a player's id name is incorrect, they have 10 minutes to change it once a Staff member enters the conversation to fix the problem. Once you have started playing, you will not be able to ask them to change their id name unless you believe it is not your opponent on the account. When the problem is solved, the game must be restarted; the score does not change. If your platform does not conform to the opponent's choice, you lose the match: if the platform choice is "Console" only consoles can play; PCs being at an advantage would not be legitimate. A console has the right to join/create a PC match. Host team is responsible for adding the opponent team, so the host must have proof that he added them in game.
Public vs Private Matches
Private matches are not anonymous, you can see who joined before putting ready. If you are planning to play against someone you know, use the private matches option to avoid any confusion so you can choose who you play against. If you decide to join a public match, the rules of public matches will apply, you can not refuse to play if you do so even if you got tricked or it is not the person you were expecting.
Custom made Matches
You may play in any game mode you want even those not officially supported as long as they are skill based. When creating a custom match, you may not limit who can/cannot join, if you do so and someone join he has the right to play and the match will not be canceled. Custom made matches have custom rules, if the game mode is popular, you can ask the Moderators on how to play them and they will help you know the rules, if the game mode is not popular the rules must be clear and agreed upon so that moderators know how to handle them as we cannot know all the games.
Continue to play if you're unsure
Even if you think your opponent has broken the rules, we strongly recommend that you finish the round and then return to the lobby to reschedule. Continuing to play the game will never result in a penalty. If your report is correct, the game will be replayed or ended in your favor.
Disconnections
If a team member leaves the game or reappears after the start of the round, the remaining team members must complete the round. If all players leave the game, the round will be declared lost. If a team member leaves the game and stops before the round begins, the round will be interrupted and will not count. If the game is interrupted for more than 10 minutes, all unavailable players will not be allowed to continue the rest of the game. Disconnections due to lags, player game crashes, or other device problems, while unpleasant, do not result in replays, as it is difficult to prove that this was intentional. Circles are supported.
AFK and availability
Once the match starts, you have 10 minutes to reach a lobby. If you are in a situation where your opponent does not show up after 10 minutes, you will need to provide proof of chat or participation logs to get the win. All players leaving the match for more than 10 minutes will not be allowed to replay. Cancellation of the match is subject to the agreement of both parties. If your opponent is afk, only the first round in which they were afk will count towards your score.
Group management, Host, Map & Region
If the match is played in the wrong region, the match will be reset. If the host is wrong, all completed matches are counted and the non-hosting team has the option to request the host after the current round. If the map is incorrect, all completed matches are counted and after the current round the default map recommended by BestPlayerWin can be selected. If you kick out your opponent during a round, you immediately lose the round.
-If the wrong loot is picked, you have 15 seconds to leave, if 10 seconds pass all rounds played after will count until you change the loot.
Glitches in the game
If the error is caused by the game, the round in which the error occurred is not counted. Lags, pings and game crashes are not considered game bugs, because it is difficult to know whether they were caused intentionally or not.
Observing / Spectating
Spectators are not allowed; all runs with one run will be disregarded and the team that did not invite the spectator will receive one point. For spectators to be allowed, both teams must agree. The group must be in deprivation to avoid this kind of problem.
Double account
You are not allowed to have multiple BestPlayerWin accounts, you can open a ticket on our Discord to find a solution. You can't play on a friend's account. If a Staff has a doubt about a player's game, he has the right to ask the player to talk during the game. If you are banned, you are not allowed to create another account to play on ArrayTokens, otherwise the ban period will be extended. If your friend is banned and has created a double account, do not play with him or you will be temporarily banned (14 days for the first time, 30 days for the second time and permanently for the third time).
Players consciousness
Lying to opponents about rules, expectations, settings or anything that has a direct and clear impact on the game is not allowed. The rule is valid if at least one person from each team agrees to alternative or additional game rules or changes via voice or chat and provides evidence. Attempting to end the game or report someone while the game is in progress is considered cheating. If you report the game over or your opponent reports it, you must stop the game immediately. If you leave the round and your report is invalid, your opponent will get points, so if you are unsure, finish the game first.
Cheater reports and proofs
Cheater reports can only be done through the report button on the website only after the match has ended. When you click on report you may pick the person you want to report and select the match score, if you selected lose, your opponent will get back his initial entry payment, and we will put your entry on hold until a moderator has verified the result. If the report is valid the match gets canceled and you get back your initial entry. Proofs must be valid and provided in tickets, fake proofs and random proofs will get your account suspended.
Miscellaneous
Toxicity is against our rules. Being toxic or loud in game or in chat rooms does not affect the outcome of the game; however, persistent toxic or inappropriate behavior will result in a ban. If your opponent is toxic, do not claim victory, report it on our Discord after the game. Moderators who enter your match chat or send you a message via Discord have the right to force screen sharing with any player in the lobby. When players are forced to share their screen, they have 5 minutes to join a "Help Waiting Room" call and comply with the screen sharing. You cannot delete anything from your PC before the screen sharing or you will be permanently banned. If a player admits to cheating, he/she will be temporarily banned for 30 days and will have to do a screenshare to be unblocked once the time is up. BestPlayerWin will cancel the maximum number of these matches won. If players are caught cheating during screen sharing, they will be permanently banned. If players do not follow the screen sharing procedures, they will be banned for 30 days.
The Staff always has the final say.
